The 7 Most Frequently Asked Questions about…

PERSONAL COACHING with Jane Morrison

  1. How does coaching work?
  2. It’s rare to have experienced an amazing support system so you can do your best, in life or career. That’s the power of personal coaching. As a Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, I’m trained to bring out the best in you and show you how to move forward with clarity and confidence. Through regular phone sessions, you gain clarity on your dreams and goals. We uncover your obstacles and challenges, and create strategies to overcome them.

I also share my knowledge with you in the areas of personal leadership, (the mindset of success) career and business development strategies, life balance tips and more so that you gain tools and techniques to make the changes you desire in your life or business.

Most of my coaching sessions are held over the phone from the convenience of your home or office.  I keep track of your goals, progress and accomplishments.

You can be assured I will be empathetic to you, easy to talk to, non- judgmental, objective, and your private confidante. I am your accountability partner and your cheerleader, and believe in your best. Expecting solid coaching from your friends, mother or spouse just doesn’t work well as they are too close to you and can’t be the objective partner you need.

  3. Do you have a specialty?
    • Navigation. I provide direction and support as women go through transitions, showing women how to match their personal values, their skills, and their gifts to a future plan. This is often a time of “reinventing“ themselves.
    • Creating Success. I specialize is teaching women entrepreneurs how to be more successful business women. Women in business often have to overcome unique hurdles. They may have difficulty believing in their value and discount their prices, struggle with asking for the sale, or being consistent with marketing strategies. I teach them breakthrough techniques to be more profitable and have more balance in their life.
    • Leadership. To accomplish anything, a person has to develop strong personal leadership skills. Through my years in management, teaching workshops, and coaching I’ve taught others how to be strong effective leaders in their personal and professional life. It’s really ourselves that determine how we choose to see life and what decisions we need to make.
  4. I specialize in working with women because I understand women’s needs and have had to tackle them myself. I’ve mastered skills such as learning to be more assertive, setting boundaries, saying no, putting my needs in the mix, not giving away so much of my time, learning to focus on my dreams and to be bold.

I specialize in helping women 3 ways

  5. How are your services different from other Coaches?
    • I’ve had the highest level of training available and am certified as a Coach by the International Coaching Federation. Many coaches who practice are not certified. I’ve been a coach since1995 when I began working with dislocated workers as their Career Coach, and have helped hundreds of people just like you break through their barriers, so you can be assured of my skill level
    • I’ve been a business owner since 2000 and understand strong solid business practices, including internet marketing techniques.
    • I offer a guarantee of my coaching services. (see #6)
    • I offer a variety of products and programs to fit your budget and your needs. (see #7)
  6. That’s a great question and one you should ask anytime you’re thinking of working with someone. A partnership has to be a good fit, feel right, and give you great value. I’m proud to do that for my clients:

  7. How much does private coaching cost?
  8. The cost of personal coaching ranges in average from $295 – $750 per month. The cost depends on the program content including personal assessments, frequency of meetings, length of program etc. This is often a tax deductible expense, especially for the purpose of career transition or business development.

  9. What is “Mastering Your Motivation” all about?
  10. I named my business “Mastering Your Motivation” because that’s what you can expect when you work with me. My clients are smart but need guidance to chart their course. They are savvy but need insight into how to do it better, and they really desire success and want to be the leader of their life and career. I help you master your motivation to get to where you want to be.  Contact me at jane@janemorrison.com and I’ll be happy to get back to you.

    Is there a guarantee?
The specific results a person gets from coaching cannot be guaranteed, but I DO guarantee your satisfaction with the coaching process. Each month we’ll review your progress, and if at any time you are dissatisfied with the results, simply let me know. If you’ve taken all the actions you’ve agreed to and followed with a 100% commitment to progress, and you’re still not satisfied with the results of coaching, I promise to refund the portion of your coaching fee from that month.

The bottom line is, I want you to join my other happy and successful clients.

  11. Do you offer any other ways besides coaching for me to learn and grow?
  12. Besides one to one personal coaching I offer a group coaching mastermind group which is an entrepreneurship mentoring program, as well as VIP Marketing Makeover days, retreats, webinars, speaking and training. I strongly believe that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

That’s how it’s worked for me and as I’ve grown my business, I’ve had coaches and mentors every step of the way.

I’ve created several programs to support you in the journey you happen to currently be in and offer a variety of ways for you to get the support you need.
