I started my business in 2000,  in answer to a calling to do something bigger in the world. As simple  as that may sound, I know from my work that there comes a time when our dreams whisper loudly in our ear, and it’s hard to ignore that call.

 My background was in the  corporate environment  with 15 years in leadership (Management and HR)   I transferred my  leadership and coaching skills from the corporate environment to a consulting business. 

 But after making the common mistakes that all entrepreneurs make, including trying to  do it all by myself, marketing in the wrong places, and sitting back waiting for clients to  come to me, I got smart and began studying with some of the top experts in the field of  success. I also invested in mentors and masterminds, and what a difference that made.

 What I learned enabled me to grow my struggling business to more than six  figures in a short time. Stepping into my own power was yet another stretch for me  I realized that I wanted to reach as many people as I could, to make a difference in their  lives. I had lived, learned, and mastered the principles of success, and was determined  to show others how to work smarter, not harder.

As I continue to develop my own leadership skills on a daily basis, I continue to believe that personal leadership is the foundation that can improve careers, business, and relationships. I apply the skills I learned as a Corporate Manager, Leader and HR Director to my Executive clients.

My top strengths are a powerful combination of understanding people and business, and I’m able to show them clear strategies to get them where they want to be. I easily incorporate ideas and people’s ambitions into tangible results.

Working with some of the greatest experts in the world has given me an advantage that I share with you.

I embrace life fully each day. For a bit of adrenaline, I travel long distances by motorcycle with my husband Joe. For a slower pace, walking my dog Tucker, and playing in my garden of perennials is just right.
