Janes’ Story:

Years ago I would not been able to easily share my story.  Now that I’ve helped hundreds of clients overcome similar issues and surpass their goals, I realize my story is a common one.

Shortly before I turned 40, I had to admit I was  feeling unfulfilled.  I loved my role as a leader and visionary, managing a staff of over 100 in a social service industry field, yet I felt lifeless and  uninspired. I was frustrated by the corporate rules and restrictions, and my heart longed to do bigger work in the world, make more of a difference. I wanted to use my gifts in a way that helped others fulfill their dreams, but I had no idea what that looked like.

This feeling kept calling me to make changes in my life – changes that were scary. Even though I was fearful, I listened to this inner voice and returned to school for my master coaching certification, adding to my business and leadership background. That one decision ultimately changed my life in astonishing ways. I was able to find the clarity of my life purpose and started a company providing Life and Business coaching services, became a sought after speaker,  an author and trainer.

But you should know that when I first started my business, I was confused, overwhelmed and working far too many hours.

I struggled with sales and marketing.  I felt shy telling others about my business. I made mistakes trying to do it all by myself. I  wasn’t clear on my business plan, had no defined target market, and wasn’t following a marketing plan. I was charging too little for my services and not capitalizing on my knowledge and skills. I didn’t have a team to delegate to, and there were times I doubted myself, wondering if I had made a mistake?

Over the years I learned the importance of having mentors, and a staff that supports me. Since 2001 when I began my business, I have worked with some of the top success strategists and thought leaders in the world.  I’ve  hired coaches that could teach me what I needed to learn to be a strong, confident business woman and successful entrepreneur, and I’ve built a team that supports me so I can do MY work. I’ve learned that I must invest in my business, and in myself, to do my work in the world.

Today my business is organized; I follow a strategic marketing and business plan with systems in place.  My knowledge made all the difference for me, and it can for you, too!

I know, from my own experience, how difficult it is to really trust someone. But believe me when I tell you that YOUR SUCCESS is my passion. YOUR SUCCESS is why I do what I do. YOUR SUCCESS was calling to me as my life purpose all those years ago.

Now, I absolutely love helping others achieve the success they’ve always dreamed of. I love teaching others what I’ve learned. I love bringing entrepreneurs together to learn from each other.
